What you can expect here
Your time is yours
28 vacation days and core hours from 9am–3pm. Outside that, you decide: start as early as 6am or stay until 6pm – whatever works for you. And your break? It's really yours – even for personal errands.
Appointments? No hassle
Got a doctor's visit or something mid-day? Just drop a quick request in our time-tracking tool — ideally the day before — and you're good. No explaining, no guilt trip.
Full-time or part-time – you pick
Whether it's full hours or fewer days a week: you decide your setup. And if your life changes, we adjust your hours – in either direction – at the start of any month.
Massages at the Office
Once a month, our massage therapist comes to the office. Just take an extra break and let yourself unwind — it's on us. Because a relaxed back simply does better math.
Your Chrismas-Party, Your Way
Venue, program, theme – how your holiday party looks is entirely up to the team. We trust you to know best what's fun – management deliberately stays out of it and just enjoys the party with you.
