We exclusively provide services within the scope of § 6 No. 3 of the German Tax Advisory Act (StBerG), in particular the posting of ongoing business transactions, ongoing payroll processing, and the preparation of payroll tax returns. Advisory services in tax matters within the meaning of §§ 1, 2 StBerG — including in particular the preparation of tax returns, the determination of taxable profit, and tax consultancy — are expressly not part of our service offering. Such activities are reserved for persons authorized under § 3 StBerG (e.g., licensed tax advisors). We are happy to collaborate with your tax advisor in this regard.
